Samon Privacy Policy

No accounts, no advertising, no tracking.
The current version (1.0) does not connect to the network.
1. Data on your device
There is no account or sign-in. These are stored on your device, and only there:
- your settings
- the state of the sand: the surface of the board, and where the drawing has got to
- a daily tally of how Samon has been used: how long and how often, including time spent listening with the screen off; how long each kind of music played; how often the sleep timer was used; how often Samon eased its drawing because the device was warm or in Low Power Mode; and which version of the app was running. Each day is recorded with its offset from UTC (see section 3)
Samon does not send any of this anywhere. It is deleted with the app.
2. Network access
The current version (1.0) does not connect to the network. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code, and no advertising identifier is collected.
3. Device orientation and time zone
Device orientation. Samon reads the orientation of the device from its motion sensors, only to work out the direction the light falls from. It is not stored and not sent.
Time zone. Samon reads the time zone set on your device, for two things only:
- to estimate where the sun and the moon stand in the sky
- to decide where one day ends and the next begins in the daily tally described in section 1
The tally records each day's offset from UTC. It stays on your device with the rest of the tally. The time zone is not sent. Samon does not use Location Services and does not ask for permission to use your location.
4. Children
The app does not ask anyone for personal information, children included.
5. Third parties
We do not sell or share information. The current version includes no third-party services.
6. Changes
When this policy changes, this page and the date above are updated. A version that connects to the network, or that sends information off your device, is described here before it is released.

1. 端末内のデータ
アカウントやサインインはありません。次のものは、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。
- 設定
- 砂の盤面の状態（砂の表面と、描画がどこまで進んだか）
- 日ごとの使い方の集計。使った時間と回数（画面を消して聴いていた時間を含みます）、音楽の種類ごとの時間、スリープタイマーを使った回数、端末の熱や低電力モードで描画を軽くした回数、動いていたアプリの版です。各日には、UTC との時差も記録されます（3 を参照）
これらをSamon が端末の外へ送ることはありません。アプリを削除すると消えます。
2. 通信
現在のバージョン（1.0）は、ネットワークに接続しません。広告・解析・追跡のためのコードは含まれておらず、広告識別子も取得しません。
3. 端末の向きとタイムゾーン
端末の向き。モーションセンサーから端末の向きを読み取り、光の差す向きを決めることにだけ使います。保存も送信もしません。
タイムゾーン。端末のタイムゾーンを読み取り、次の 2 つにだけ使います。
- 太陽と月が空のどこにあるかの概算
- 1 に書いた、日ごとの集計で、日付の区切りを決めること
集計には、日ごとの UTC との時差が残ります。これは集計と一緒に、端末の中にだけ保存されます。タイムゾーンを送信することもありません。位置情報サービスは使わず、位置情報の許可も求めません。
4. 子ども
本アプリは、子どもを含め、どなたにも個人情報を求めません。
5. 第三者への提供
情報を販売・共有することはありません。現在のバージョンには、第三者のサービスは含まれていません。
6. 変更
このポリシーを変更したときは、このページと最終更新日を改めます。ネットワークに接続する版や、端末の外へ情報を送る版は、公開する前にここで説明します。
